A pilot. Mary began her life after college as a U.S. Navy pilot flying P-3s to 23 countries of the world. She brought her love of flying to United Airlines as a 727 pilot. As a private flight instructor Mary became convinced that helping people reach beyond their perceived abilities was her life’s calling.

A corporate director. She transitioned from a flying career to work in the corporate world in the areas of training, recruiting, strategy, and leadership development. During her decade of corporate experience Mary directed programs at Fortune 500 companies including GE, Campbell Soup Company, and Diageo.

An entrepreneur. As a mother, Mary recognized a need for a customized program designed for at-home moms who want to get back to getting paid. This powerful force of women can leverage the lessons taught by motherhood and apply their own unique passions and strengths to work that truly matters to them. Through research, interviews, and practice, Mary developed the 10-step COMEBACK MOMS approach.

A true comeback mom . Mary has three young children and a loving husband. She is a driven woman committed to integrating her work and family life. On any given day you can find Mary advising at-home moms, blogging, speaking on women’s work issues or driving her kids to lacrosse practice.
